It is comprised of an Italianate building built in 1852 and having a cast iron facade, and a brownstone Italiante building. Nestled between the two is a brick tapestry building built in the 1920. The 3 sister buildings were internally connected in a substantial renovation in 2003-05 while preserving the property's original historical character and architectural features. This project was led by architect Richard Wesley, AIA.
